InnOBreed Governance

The management of this type of project requires distribution of responsibilities, controlling the project and reporting on its progress. Interaction among the project partners will be defined and governed by the InnOBreed Coordination Team (ICT).

The ICT, together with the Project Coordinator (PC), will be responsible for:

  • Project administration (including planning, preparation and follow-up, meeting minutes);
  • Consolidation of the annual project reports;
  • Consolidation and control of the annual cost claims according to the contractual requirements, their conformance with the work done and the audit certificate to be produced by the partners;
  • Assistance to individual project partners on specific administrative issues; and
  • Communication facilities and coordination.
