InnOBreed will be presented in this year’s Eucarpia symposium

The event will take place: From Monday 11 September 2023 to Saturday 16 September 2023

InnOBreed’s scientific coordinator Jean-Marc Audergon (INRAE) will present the project in a keynote speech at the Eucarpia symposium 11-16 September.

Jean-Marc Audergon from INRAE will be one of the keynote speakers at this year’s Eucarpia symposium in Dresden-Pillnitz on 11-16 September 2023. In his speech he will talk about InnOBreed as a targeted approach for maximising technological, environmental and social innovation impacts through all over the fruit chain.

The XVI Eucarpia symposium on fruit breeding and genetics is organised by JKI’s Institute for Breeding Research on Fruit Crops in close collaboration with the Czech Research and Breeding Institute Polmology Holovousy Ltd. (Holovousy, Czech Republik) under the auspices of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and the European Association for Research on Plant Breeding (Eucarpia).

The symposium brings together scientists working on topics related to fruit breeding and breeding research on temperate fruit crops and the conservation and use of fruit genetic resources. The overall aim of the event is to promote scientific exchange as well as public and private fruit breeding in Europe and other parts of the world.

The InnOBreed consortium is delighted that Jean-Marc will present the project at this important event!
