Case study leaflet: The Apple Oasis
At the heart of the InnOBreed project’s research activities, there are 12 case studies featuring examples of innovative organic fruit breeding and use in Europe.
Leaflets have been developed to present these case studies, the people behind them, their key activities and the added value of coming together to exchange and collaborate in the context of InnOBreed.
The leaflets will be published on a regular basis, with the first one presenting the Apple Oasis, managed by the University of Copenhagen. The Apple Oasis provides an interesting example of social innovations in terms of engaging volunteers in a long-term participatory activity.
